A Moment for You: Pride Breathwork & Affirmation Ritual
Pride can be a joyful celebration, but it can also stir emotions — memories of struggle, hope, belonging, or grief. Grounding ourselves is an act of self-care and empowerment.
Here’s a simple Pride Breathwork & Affirmation Ritual to return to your center:
✨ 1. Find Your Space
Sit comfortably. Feet on the floor or cross-legged. Hands resting on your heart or thighs.
✨ 2. Breathe
Inhale deeply through the nose for 4 counts. Hold for 4 counts.Exhale softly through the mouth for 6 counts.Repeat this cycle 5 times.
✨ 3. Affirm
As you breathe, gently say (out loud or within):
I honor who I am, today and every day.
I deserve love, respect, and joy.
I release shame, I welcome light.
It is safe for me to be seen.
My truth is beautiful.
✨ 4. Close
Place hands over your heart and thank yourself for showing up — for your courage, for your authenticity.
